How to Make between 72-96K Agility Exp/hour. with potentially twice that

So i've found a new glitch (been abusing the hell out of it myself. lol)
You can get up to 72-96k/hour without the use of a macro or mouse recorder (or you can set one up to do this [they have a tendency to screw up for me ]). You can make double (over 144K up to a potential 192k/hour!!) this if you have a certain item.
Beware this has a quest requirement of 6 quests or so. So if you don't quest and don't want to do these quests (pretty easy but do require some combat)
