I'm sure this it to help out with self-vouches and scammers from visiting Sythe.org.

If anything, I would suggest you to have your brother go to your local library (if available) or somewhere else to register your account. Before doing so, however, I would send a PM to one of the Administrators to make such a request and see if they can't help you out easier.

Administrators should be able to create user accounts in the Admin CP. As long as you have relevant information that may be required, there should be more options than one on ways they may be able to assist.

I'm not sure if you had found the answer to your question yet, but decided I would post as I noticed your question in this forum.

Just have your brother register at the library or at school.

You can also use a proxy which would be much easier, and you don't have to leave the house.

PS: Just make sure your accounts NEVER interact.

Using a proxy would be the easiest for you. I'd inform a moderator that you have a brother, might avoid any issues further on. Also, do you remember this infamous rule? "You are responsible for your own IP adress." Well, you should go by it. You have to make sure you NEVER interact with your brother. If you vouch your brother, that's self vouching. If you bump each others threads, that's interacting. If your brother gets banned, you'll be banned for ban evading. Be careful.

Nah, that's a little extreme. The accounts only cannot be used for a MM for one another, nor can they vouch for each other ("free bumping" or bumping someone else's thread is against the rules as well, but it applies to everybody's threads and not just your brother's threads). They are more than welcome to participate in a shared business or something, however.

Also, if he gets banned for any reason at all, you'll get banned too. Make sure he knows that.

Register via IP, but, NEVER interact on Sythe with each other. Along with that, one gets banned, so does the other.

You're responsible for your IP. Any interaction between the two accounts that makes one or both of you look more trusted (vouches) or any interaction when one can have the chance to scam (MMing for each other) is prohibited. If he is banned, so are you, permanently (and vice versa).

I wouldnt let him make one, just for security.
He would find your profile and proberbly vouch you without you knowing and poof, hammered.

But otherwise, follow what is said above.

Thanks for the replies, I'll probably just post for him with this account if he needs anything done. It just seems too complicated, and he's pretty young and I don't even want to take a chance of getting banned. I love this community, and would get pissed if he got banned.. >.< Thanks everyone!
