Desert bandits training?

I have a secondary main that I want to get 90 attack, strength, and defense on.

Currently it has 79 attack, 83 strength, and 80 defense, along with 60 prayer.

I know there are three methods to training at bandits. One is B2P, one is prayer potting, and one is to just bring food and sell it to the store and buy it back.

My question is, which is the most effective while botting?

*I also read somewhere that I should bring two other things with me, like a bonecrusher and the split-tooth necklace from dungeoneering? Should I bring these, and if so, how much prayer xp will it be getting me, thereby making it worth it or not?*

B2P is the cheapest though not the fastest. The dungeoneering rewards are only necessary if you use prayer. The prayer experience rate is rather low, less than 1k an hour

 

The dungeoneering rewards give you +1 prayer points per kill. umm thats on rsbuddy so look what the guy wrote on the feedback?

 

Bonecrusher = free xp, split tooth neck = free prayer points.
I'd just get both if I were you.

 

With the Dung. items your trips will last around 4-5 hours longer, or even more.

 

You can use a holy wrench as well to boost the amount of points a prayer potion gives you.

I personally just bank every time, it only takes a minute with amulet of glory.

 

First of all, split-tooth necklace and bonecrusher tremendously help you at bandits. I strongly suggest you get them and use them. Second, I believe B2P is the best way to train at bandits.

 

Is there a bot that supports these methods?

I thought with B2P you don't use prayer, so bringing the split-tooth necklace is useless. *I ask because I don't have THAT many dung tokens. I just bought my first Chaotic, so I'm a little low on tokens.*

 

Using prayer pots is fast + cheap.
