Most effective way for me to train at Desert Bandits?

I have a secondary main that I want to get 90 attack, strength, and defense on.

Currently it has 79 attack, 83 strength, and 80 defense, along with 60 prayer.

I know there are three methods to training at bandits. One is B2P, one is prayer potting, and one is to just bring food and sell it to the store and buy it back.

My question is, which is the most effective?

*I also read somewhere that I should bring two other things with me, like a bonecrusher and the split-tooth necklace from dungeoneering? Should I bring these, and if so, how much prayer xp will it be getting me, thereby making it worth it or not?*

Arte bandits XD b2p most effective, take extremes or supers and use have 5 - 6 spaces free with bones and 1k tabs should give you 2-3days there

If you are not botting and have 68 summoning, bring a ton of bunyip pouches and summoning potions noted along with coins and AFK them.

 

My personal method is to wear gear with as high strength and prayer bonus as possible (usually monks robes, fury, zerker ring, whip/dscim, d-defender, d boots, nezzy, skillcape/ancientcloak) and I bring about 100k cash, a few hundred noted prayer pots, and noted super attack and strength potions. I also bring my reverence aura and I use protect from melee and sip the prayer potions as needed. 1 inventory of potions usually lasts me a couple hours, and when I am running low I simply run to the general store and unnote more pots and continue.

I personally have trained at bandits using this method and got 99 strength and 90 attack. Depending on what skill you are training, you can switch up your gear (ie. guthans, sara sword for str training etc.)
