Can someone define the bumping rule?

First off, excuse me if I sound arrogant. It's 3 AM and I'm finding it harder to concentrate. Anyway...

The "vouch bump" system is particularly good for ensuring legitimate sellers to stay visible to the community because, generally, the people who do a lot of sales are legitimate sellers. These good trades have the bonus of bringing their thread up. It is a win for the community because the system automatically takes care of the trustworthy sellers.

However, for people like myself who sell only 0-3 items a day, relying on vouch-bumping is more difficult. My sales depend on my wares being available for viewing by a lot of people, in hopes that one item I am selling is exactly what a particular customer wants. I try and increase volume by increasing diversity, but I frankly cannot produce every single type of account that exists in RS. I get a lot of views in my threads with little people posting, because they simply do not see what they want. I don't think it needs to be pointed out that gold sales have a much lower scam risk than account sales, so it would be doubly beneficial if people saw my thread and avoided buying from the obvious evader who is selling a $500 account for only $80.

Anyway, TL;DR is: I'm glad that you are allowing "vouch bumps" as an informal system, but is there something for those of us who do account sales and have low sales volume?

P.S. Is this rule one bump every 24 hours per thread, or is it one bump per person, per thread? Thanks. :)

Just received an infraction for deleting and bump old thread,i never know this against the rules. Is there any way i could bump my thread? since many many newcomers make posts to each thread to add their post counts, My thread was always down to the bottom of the first page 5mins after i posted.

I think i can vouch for my customers as bumps cuz Hahanerd agrees with it.

Hope to know more offical details about bumping rules. :p

It's per thread. I've gone through and bumped 10 threads in a row before.

Updates on stock, online/offline, are considered as bumping. You can always update your first post/website if you need. This is can not be an excuse, you can always change the stock amount a little bit, and you would not be caught.

Is deleting your post and reposting considered bumping? Yes, it does bump your thread to the top of the forum, but does not increase post count.
How often can you delete and repost? You can do it how many times you want, just so you're not caught.
How often can you bump? Once per 24 hours.
For threads with multiple sellers, how does this rule change? Still, 1 bump per 24 hours.
Are updates on stock, online/offline, considered bumping? Yes.
    Are vouches considered bumping? No.
Do you have to combine vouches if they're after one another? No.

I meant can the thread be bumped once by each "owner" of a shop or only once, period?

Blade, not reading posts makes you mistaken. ^^
