Stalling my item recovery order

This is a follow up post with the first post that was resolved.

How they scammed:
- On September 15, 2025, after we reached a resolution (on the first post) they started working on retrieving my lost items back. they started with the easy ones like 2m nmz points and rune pouch. Which went smoothly. But once it started coming to the grind ones they started show less and less progress daily to the point where the last time someone was on the account was 12/16/25 well over a month ago.
My issue is i am seeing many other orders being completed in their "completed" thread on disc. while mine sits at last priority? or stalling to get me to just forget about it? im not sure but i dont think i am being paid back how im supposed to. owner has been difficult to reach and they are also deleting my messages in the "general" disc chat when im complaining.
Im really out of options here. last time we spoke last week he said "I’ll assign workers asap" and tagged 2 people which none has logged into in 5 days. im paying membership with my money for the account just to sit.
I just want my items back please and to be treated like a paying customer to which i have also not seen my payment for my failed order refunded.

@Zora There was no agreed timeline for recovery. We already retrieved part of the items, yet the user kept requesting extra compensation (bonds, supplies, food, pots) and many lvls, which exceeds the original loss.
I attempted to resolve this fairly, but at this point I will strictly follow Sythe terms and offer 4x item value, as required.
Yes, there was a delay affecting all orders due to serious real-life emergencies, including the loss of my father. This was not intentional.

I believe a 4x payout under Sythe rules is a fair and final resolution.

After they lost my items. They assured me they would get it all back right away! (As seen in pictures)
They wanted to make things right and get all my items back. And that’s what I want too. Now he is pushing me to take the 4x value and you genuinely can’t value some of these items and the time it gets to get them. they assured me they would farm the supplies and everything would get back as soon as possible (as they told me in disc) this was 4 months ago and after 1 month all progress has slowed down to the point of no one has logged on in about a month and no items have been retrieved for over 2 months.

 

@Pirate thank you. I hope he won’t keep stalling the recovery.
@Eagles Services i hope you will stick to your word and finish this quickly. This shouldn’t take more than 2 months if you actually put your workers on it.
I have an extra zenyte and black mask in bank so you don’t have to get those 2 items.

We were fully prepared to continue and complete the account as originally discussed.

However, the customer began threatening additional Sythe reports while also requesting services that were never part of the agreement — including farming, extra skill training, gathering supplies, potion making, and other unrelated tasks.

Despite this, I still assisted beyond Sythe requirements purely out of goodwill.

To clarify: under Sythe terms, our obligation is limited to item compensation. There is no requirement for extended farming, skilling, supply gathering, or full account rebuilding.

At this point, the user appears to be leveraging the situation to obtain additional services, which I cannot accept.

We are willing to resume work on the account. However, if the threatening behavior continues, we will cease account work and proceed strictly under Sythe guidelines with a 4x item-value payout.

The original recovery agreement was made in good faith and respect — not because it was required by Sythe rules.

I am seeking a professional resolution, but continued pressure and exploitation attempts are not acceptable.

So you want me to farm food. Farm herbs make potions and get everything ready to get KC for things I have already done?
You’ve already used valuable resources in attempt to RE-gather items I already worked hard to get. I was hoping to use those for new upgrades but you used a lot of my resources and now expect me to keep supplying you?
