PA Verification ERROR #202 [Help]

Hey, I hope this is the right place for this.

Anyway Im trying to get verified on Player Auctions.
Im not trying to out play the system, Im entering valid information as I want to use this service quiet a bit.

So Im from Jersey Channel Islands, look it up if you want/dont know where it is (in the English Channel)

It requires a Photo ID, I give one, Press the Submit Button.

Get the box with Verifying and the load thing.

Then it closes and at the top of the page it says:

Error Notice: Sorry, we are unable to process your verification request at this time. Error #202


I talked to there live support (it is sh$t, they can barely help...)
I used 2 different computers, a mac and windows with different browsers.
I tried changing my location just to the UK mainland instead, still errors.
I even made a new PA account and tried but it still gives this message.
Anyone have any ideas? I really need this account as it is going to base around a lot of what I want to do.

Use their email support

 

There email support is so bad, can't ever get a reply.

 

Then use their online support.
Moreover, if you used only 2 browsers, try more of them.

 

Have you tried changing the format of the image, compressing it?

 

i'v been getting the same problem as well ;/

 

Maybe it has something to do with our ip'
