I am looking to buy an account that has a veteran cape equipped to the character. Account must be level 3 combat, everything can be level 1 for all I care.

Details on the account:

1. Must never have had recoveries registered.

2. If it has an email on it we change to mine

3. No combat stats can be 2 or higher

4. Everything can be one, but I will still buy if some stats are raised.

sounds to me like your looking to start a level 3 skiller
prob not interested if this is the case, but i have a few low levels with veteran/classic capes
i made a thread to sell these a while back but never received much interest

That is 100% true. I do not like combat accounts, no idea why. I'm more of a skiller guy.
