PayPal Balance: -$110.63

Someone paid me with a stolen paypal i think, anyways, i had to submit tracking info, which there wasnt any since it was just a trade over msn, so i just explained the situation to them. You guys have any tips on what to do?

 

I had this problem like you, there's a year for $ 110 too. and I never pay. Then paypal will say that "it will use a recovery service." but do not care.

 

was this a transaction on ebay??

 

paypal will call your house and track you down and throw you in jail.

eBay bought out PayPal.
Just claim that the guy stole your item and claimed his cash under false pretenses. They will launch an investigation, and since he did, you'll get money back.
In mean time, give someone cash to send through their PayPal to yours to take off the balance.

Taking legal action costs a lot more than $110 so you'll be okay.

Call paypal and tell them what happend and, ask them what do to and do it so fast as you can because paypal will block your account!

 

Depends on whether you want to pay the 110 to keep paypal. If you tell them the truth, they have no seller protection for virtual items so you will have to pay. If you dont want to, change all personal info on the acxount and dont pick up any of their calls.

 

Yeah my moms bank account is on it, hopefully they wont take it out of her bank.

I called them earlier, they said they cant do shit basically.

 

Yeah you shouldn't use Paypal for trading honestly.

If you do use PlayerAuctions or MoneyPak.

Other than those two; I don't use paypal. It's not worth it.
