He still had to wait another 8 hours to post a bump, I'm not doing this for post count. I've seen many other people inform others of stuff like this so I thought I might as well also. The rules don't say every 16 hours you can bump, it's 24. If everyone bumped every 16 hours then the rule would be rendered pointless.

~Stop making assumptions, I've been on Sythe since 2006, If I wanted post count I would have it by now.
