In my opinion Eminem is better because he is proved more and his early songs are legendary, but personally for me he has become too main stream. Chris Webby is very underrated and his rhymes and word play are orgasmic and unique. I think he could have a break through soon. He has very humble beginnings like Eminem, rapping at college partys then records.

Before you make a choice I encourage you to look Chris Webby up and have your mind blown if you like slick and greasy rhythms and word play.

In my opinion....they both suck dick and are both mainstream crap.

However, I'll go with Eminem since I know him more.

 

Webby is no where NEAR mainstream. He's turned down the deals that have been offered to him so far because he doesn't want to change his music for the labels.

I'll easily say Webby, because he's without a doubt my favorite musician, let-alone rapper.

I would not disagree, Eminem's experience in the RAP game would make it interesting. But Webby is not that for bad for being a new self-made artist, he can still rap skillfully.

His new album has some really good songs too, such as The Joker. Only mixtape I didn't like from him was The Underclassmen.

 

I personally think Em's way better just because he is capable of any flow he wants to bust, anything he wants to talk about (clearly) , and the way he represents his flow, this mother fuckers a genius look at his song infinite.

Listen to his music... mainstream doesn't mean POPULAR....
Mainstream doesn't mean an album. Why is Webbey known? BECAUSE his music is MAINSTREAM. It attracts the young audience. That's why some people know of him, especially teenagers. But he will be known MORE if he has a reputable album that is released. That's what I mean.
Mainstream means that he appeals to what the kids listen to these days, like Young Money, who don't have any lyrical experience whatsoever, yet they're popular because their raps are mainstream.

Webbey - Mainstream by how he raps - about nothing too important.
A.D.D is an example. His flow, stupid. Rapping about how he has A.D.D with everything he does.... yet your rapping.... you can't focus on anything yet you can focus on writing rhymes... makes sense. Good song man... totally makes sense... (but that's what makes it mainstream)

Personally, I prefer Chris Webby. If Eminem didn't become such a shit sell out artist pretty much after his second album, I would have said Eminem since I love his complete don't give a fuck, fuck you attitude he had going. Now it's all pop-rap illuminati shit. Chris Webby makes good music to chill too, which fits my lifestyle just great, and I love.
