It's boring and the render is really pixelated. The text just looks like it is randomly thrown on it.

 

Darn I worked two hrs on this <=(

 

More affects/graphics and I think this could look very nice. Its very personalized so it makes it cool. I LIKE.

First one by far.

 

The second one is the best.
The first one has obvious pixellation issues, while the rest just aren't professional at all. You DO need to be working in an actual program. It's nice that you made them yourself, and I'm sure it feels rewarding, but if you want a better signature, you're going to need to learn or pay someone else to do it for you.
There are tons of tutorials online, check them out.

I like being honest, so I will be. One question, you're a beginner? I hope so, because if you were to claim that you were the best then I'd slap my face with my palm. Otherwise, I can honestly say I only like the 1st one because of the character render. Other than that, nothing else. KIU, improve.
