Verifying paypal

I have tried countless time to verify my paypal with a fake name and stuff (Because it has $4 on it).

However, I am reaching the point where I just wanna give up and make myself a paypal with my real name.

Now, I have two questions:

1)
How would I go about verifying a paypal if I'm under 18?

2)
Is there any way to change the settings so whoever I send money to doesn't see my real name? I plan on trading with a lot of people and I'd be more comfortable if not everybody knew who I was.

You can register a student PayPal if one of your parents/guardians has one. Otherwise, you can register using a bank account (I think you can do that if you're over 14).

2)
I don't believe there's any way to mask your name.
