ram and harddrive on computers?

is it better to have more ram or harddrive for botting? I know it should be 64 bit computer but whats so different in that and 32? also if you dont mind on ram and hd space how much does it take to run one?


sorry i'm trying to find this stuff out so i dont have to keep asking what computers work best. also i want to learn more about how much stuff it takes to run one bot on a computer.

RAM is far more important. Harddrive space is just how much information can be stored on a computer, which isn't very high for botting. You shouldn't need anymore than a 16 GB harddrive and that's a high estimate.

64 bit can process twice as much data at a time as 32 bit. Also, you need 64 bit to utilize above 4 GB of ram.

Does 64bit support all RS bots?

 

My botting desktop is 64 bit and it has run every bot I've thrown at it. It does a great job with Nexus, RSBuddy, and my own custom scripts. I see no reason why it wouldn't be compatible with any other current bot.
