    Do you need a licence to sell plants?
    I've been wanting to sell some plants I grew this year in Fall at my local flea market, but when I was researching I read you need a licence to sell some things, like food. Does anybody here know if you need a licence of any type to sell plants at a stand in a flea market? I'm in NJ, if it matters.

    Yeah Im sure you do have to have a license. For anything practiaclly.

    I looked around and I found there were no licensing requirements for the plants I want to sell. Thanks for the link!
