Finally, I have just tried WoW! Ehm, Now I HATE RS :'(

Not really, there's just so much more but I won't talk about this in the RS section of a RS website .

 

I am disappoint. How could you leave RS for WoW. Gross.

 

Wow costs $15 a month which is pretty outrageous to me. The level cap (last time i check was 80, may be 90 now) only takes about a month or so to reach....and then you have to wait for the next wow to come so you can level even more....
Runescape has a bunch of unique skills you can level which arent as easy to reach as it is in wow and its much more challenging. Don't we play the game for the challenge? Well at least i do >.>

To make a long story short.
$15 a month vs. $5 a month
Runescape has an active friendly community with updates.

You decide.

 

I don't know if you ever played wow but rs does not take more skill than wow. Look up a 25 man heroic lich king raid on YouTube then think about the statement again. Just sayin'.

 

I played WoW for about half a year and just loved it SOOO much. The only reason I quit was because it was taking over my life.
Personally, I would say buy the original WoW gamedisk, use up your free month that comes with and see if you can ever come back to Runescape.

 

Well neither of these games really take skill imo, its just the amount of time you put into it and luck.
Its like saying getting a 99 is hard. Its not hard it just take a certain amount of time to achieve.

 

I like both wow and rs, problem is i cant afford both (well i can only afford RS) and i would play both at the same time if possible. I only played wow retail for like 2 months but rs for about 10 months (of membership). I dont have arguments against eachother - every RPG is kinda different (even though RS is much different).

About your question, it just takes some time. Like I dont play RS constantly I eventually switch to other games. After some time you'll get bored of wow and get back to rs.

Wow doesn't really have the staying power that rs does in my opinion.

Great game but once you have a few level 85's and start raiding weekly and get the gear you want there really isn't much more to do... I guess you have the pvp side but I never got into that. Then you start allll over again when the new expansion comes.

No doubt it is fun to play for a few months though. Far more enjoyable than rs ^_^

The price is pretty high compared to rs but it's kinda obvious why the prices are so different...

I say go with wow until you get fed up of it, just make sure to sell your account ahead of an expansion release to keep the value up!

 

Okay, you like the game, so go play it? I don't know what you want us to tell you.
