only get 46k ph at flawed trolls

i am 84 str and using dragon claws is there anyway to improve my exp to like 60k + PH? im using super strengths too

 

Don't use dragon claws?

Use something like a dragon scimitar or a saradomin sword?

No, for the maximum xp/hr, you NEED dragon claws. Try to get the highest str bonus you can afford. Avoid degradable armor. What's your gear?

Use claws only for spec lol.. I say get whip and keep claws as spec wep, should be fine.

 

Are you botting or what? Sarasword is tha same speed as a whip pretty much, so its seen as tha best thing to use to strength training. You should look into getting a fighter torso, only takes about 2 days. Then, borrow some tassets if you cant afford them. Keep your strength ammy, and i would also reccomend doing RFD.

How do you spec every 5 seconds? I havent played ingame alot lately, so i havent even seen these new monsters.

 

flawed trolls mini game lets you auto heal, then get 100% specs, im not good at explaining that's the basics of it though

its just for xp, since u get infinite specs, its best to use d claws and deal as much damage as possible before you die. It's a safe minigame too, and you can repeat it as long as you want. Since you are the only one in the game, you can't be reported.
