What is the fastest 99?

I'm looking to bot a 99, preferably the fastest one i can get, i have money to spend but don't want to be spending silly amounts of 50m+. I have 15m to spend.

 

With the budget you have, probably either cooking or thieving.

Thieving is fast for anyone, you can reach up to around 200k experience an hour. Pyramid plunder ftw.

 

Thieving. If you don't mind spending loads of time just bot Master Farmers. Other than that Sorc Garden or Pyramid is good for it.

 

cooking, firemaking, thieving, fletching
all are 100k+ xp/hr

 

I'd say cooking or fletching. Not too expensive either.

 

Firemaking, costs next to nothing and its about 180k/hr.

 

cooking seems simple and fast, and with in your budget. just make sure to get the cooking gauntlets otherwise, you pretty much screwed the pooch

Cooking is a week at most, magic is also another option for you. I can't think of any other cheap ones.

 

From my expirience i would say fletching

Well prayer is tha fastest.

With your budget however, you can get cooking, it takes about a week, and doesnt cost anything at all actually.

Magic, also takes close to a week by alching, and only costs around 3m.

I never know thieveing was so fast, im interested in trying it now.

Also, firemaking is fairly quick, not sure on price though.

 

Even without gauntlets, you'll burn less than 5% of your food overall. It's still very effective, in other words.

 

If your well off - cooking definitely

 

Cooking can take 1-2 days if you want to spend around 40-45m. I'd rec doing it the cheaper and longer way though its not worth it
Construction and Prayer are other very fast skills.

Expensive way construction takes around 2 days.
The normal method (oak larders) takes 60 hours average.
Prayer is around the same time as well it your bot doesn't fail.

Thieving can get around 200k-250k/hour
