[Help-Paypal] Balance held due charge back

ok i sold mills to someone over sythe he sent me $60 for gold but not all of them at once
he sent

$20
$30

now he claims for them back on paypal for unauthorized payment..

what should i do? what do i write...

i have negative money on my balance is there anyway i can stop him from taking the money off me? would they charge my bank account? what if my bank account is empty?

 

They will charge your bank and your bank will either deny it or incur fees. Call paypal immediately and your bank as well.

 

It is only held, if PayPal finds out that it was sent from his IP he won't get refunded. Call them, though.

 

wowww lowssss, also if you have any evidence of him saying he sent it you, and that he has " what he has purchased " then show thme that, even thought selling things are alligal, he wont get his money back if you tell them like nyx said. as they will log back to when he registerd with ip ... and then transaction ip...

 

I didnt screen the trade or anything... and im from kuwait so I cant call them.. What should i do? atm my bank account is empty lol so I doubt even if he wins the chargeback he cant get any money.. righT?

 

I need to reply to the charge what should i reply with anyone help me out?

 

There is nothing you can do, I have spoken to multiple paypal reps. There's nothing you can do but wait.

 

its been while now my paypal is locked and i cant make new one because my locked paypal is linked to my bank.. what do i have to do now?
anyway to remove my visa info from old paypal or some way to unlock it ?

 

If it is locked the only way would be to contact paypal especially calling them. I believe its really hard to unlock a paypal account though. I have heard you can get your account unlocked through email but you would need to talk to escalations department and give them a good explanation of what happened.

Yeah if you want to make a new one you would have to remove all your information as Paypal is strict with having one account per person, you probably can't even make a new one in your name.


Wait how long ago after he chargebacked that your account got locked?

 

it took them 1 mounth i think before it got locked.. thanks again i think i need new bank account

 

If you can't get it unlocked then yeah you will just have to make a new account and transfer everything to there. I really hate how paypal works too many problems with it.
