What should I do next I was going to get my Str up so I can 2h so like 40 Atk and 55 Str.

It's F2p BTW.

70+ str
1 def
1-45 prayer
70+range
85 mage

Doesn't get much harder than that

Basically all about personal preference in f2p seeing as how their are no actual quests that give you def exp/ items with bonuses.
