Paypal help

My paypal was limited due to a small reversal payment that I disputed due to being scammed by going first. I already been notified that paypal is going to send me a mail to confirm my address but its been since 8/22/2011 and havn't received it yet. It's now 8/30/2011 so like 7-8 days passed by. I was wondering how long it takes to get this resolved and confirm address. I was also wondering what are some other ways to having a limited paypal resolved?

 

Double check to make sure the address is correct. Also consider that they don't count Saturday and Sunday in that estimate.
