/LOOK HERE/ Attempted Scam Thorugh Player Auctions

*WARNING* Fail typo in title above

So, I recently made a transaction on Player Auctions where I was selling a blue partyhat. I gave the guy the partyhat that he purchased except then he filed a dispute saying I never gave it to him. Unluckily for him, I have video evidence and pictures of the entire transaction.

So basically I'm left with "You must submit delivery evidence to PlayerAuctions within 48 hours after the order was escalated to the PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee. For details please see the Secure Seller Delivery Agreement. ", but I don't know where to send the evidence.

If anyone can help me, it's highly appreciated. Thanks

 

defo contact there support team and follow instructions, how much did you loose out on?

 

Over $1k . I'm not going to lose out on it though.

 

Just send in the proof. They are usually good with reports. You shouldnt have trouble.

 

There's a certain email you have to send it to.. Also, send it as an attachment. If you gave it to the right acc, you should have absolutely no problems.
