why is buying/selling gold so hard

I have tried to buy gold on sythe and reselling on sythe. no one trusts me. but then i try doing other things to get myself out but no one still trusts me. How can i get more trusted by people if no one trust me in the first place even with small jobs?

 

because you don't have any vouches man... Make a vouch thread and link it inside your sig. The more vouches you have for your trades, the more trustworthy you will be and the more people will trade you.

PS, if you're looking to sell some gold I'm currently looking for a 590m stock.

you can't require a vouch but you may offer for them to vouch for you if they feel necessary.

 

use an omm for transactions = still get a vouch Also send in 5$ to donate

 

First few trades its good to go first to trusted or well-known sellers on Sythe. Later you can expand yourself by trading with using a middleman or OMM. Also be active around the community can help get yourself well known and out there. Donations to Sythe is a great way to show you care as well.

You need to build yourself up.

Do a couple of trades for cheap to build some trust. Start small. You can always then try and beat the prices of large competitors to attract more attention.

 

Also, you joined in april 2011.. So yeah.
But try to do free services (like training pures till Strength lvl x).
You can't ask for a vouch as payment, because it's illegal to do so.

Just do few little trades, like 2/5/10M rsgp, buy few nooby accounts, do few services, like questing/skilling and you'll be good

 

You should start of small and work you way up!

 

yes i have opened a combat shop and a zeal shop as well no customers and they were free and its been a few weeks

This, i would rather trade someone with 2, 200m+ trades than 200, 2m trade.

 

you will need to sell some gold to some trusted people first at lower prices until you have 10-20 vouches then people will have more insentive on trusting you.

 

Sell gold to trusted people, acquire vouches.
