Need BEST method to train attack! (MAIN)

Hello Sythe community, I need a spot to train attack. I am currently 89, but I do have turmoil/99 strength. Where is the best place to train? Any ideas?

 

You can get over 90kxp/hr in attack killing desert bandits.

 

Troll Invasion is also really good

 

I second this. Cheap, extremely fast, very low ban rate if botting.

 

How much exp/hr is Troll Invasion ?

 

Not sure of i spot you could always use but i would say join a veteran pest control clan and play like a hour a day for like 80k+/h

bandits are easy to afk and can stay there forever using guthans and selling noted tuna to general store there, also good xp/hr

 

If you wear gear with high prayer and strength bonus, bandits is the best place to train for hours continuously while AFKing. I bring like 200-300 noted pots in my inventory and unnote them at the store every 2-3 hours. The exp is sorta slow at 40-60k p/h but its great if you just want to watch movies/youtube/post on forums/play another acc.

If you've done defender of Varrock you can also try armoured zombies. It's great melee exp but generally easier if you are a higher level and have a good prayer level. However, you can make lots of cash here if you pick up the drops as they drop many runes, noted planks etc.

Soul wars/Pest control is good because you get exp while playing and you can spend your zeal/points on more experience.

Also, I trained at fire giants with Dharok's from 96-99 str and made about 10M from all the drops and collected a shitload of charms. It works for attack too, and I am planning on getting a chunk of 99 attack training there. If you want to know the method, PM me, as at this point in time it seems like it is relatively unknown because I rarely ever saw other people training there.

 

How high do you need your prayer to be? Like my account is 77 att, 83 str, 80 def, 82 hp, 60 prayer. Good enough for bandits?

*I have 99 mage and range, so don't say nothing about my low stats lol.*

Bandits are the best option (for the fastest xp).

 

prayer dsnt have to be that high for armoured zombies, i average 80k-100k per hour there with 55 prayer, hand trained on a 85/85/77 (80)
and if you have the right summoning lvl then going there with a bunyip is a must! since it saves you the time for recharging prayer, thus increasing your exp rate per/hr

 

Desert Bandits, are one of the best ways to get Attack xp. You can afk them, and just watch youtube vids, and get like 90k+xp per hour.

Give great XP/Hr.
Loot drops are also rewarding!

Altar is right upstars, zombies are in wilderness. Teleport from Hartwin.
I use Curses instead of prayers. With altar upstairs, don't to bring food.
