Explanation of the trade:

December 2nd

Aki said he’ll make a discord bot with Fex and share code. (1)

December 4th

I sent my designs to use for the project. (2)

December 6th-11th

I wrote words, fixed designs and they used my work. (3)

December 11th

Aki suggests we make a formal agreement between all of us. (4)

They want 25% of my earnings and won’t share code. We agree to disagree. (5)

December 12th

I remind them of my contributions, Aki offers to make their own designs for 25% of my earnings. (6)

Fex also rejected but using AI. (7)

I offered to sell designs; it was outside their budget. (8)

December 20th

I tried to close a deal but got rejected and told they're hiring a new designer. (9)

I said they can use my designs, but it might be an issue later if we make our own code.

Fex said he would remove designs if we did. (10)

January 10th

Fex discontinued the bot in our server without warning. (11)

Fex agreed again the designs would be removed from their server. (12)

January 11th

I asked to set a date we can expect it to be removed. No response. (13)

January 13th

I asked them to set a date again. No response.

How they scammed:

They're using my designs/words still to this day in their server.

Stole work, promised to make their own, never did and ghosted.

I asked Pencil if he wanted to work with me on the bot, he said he wasnt ready.

And when he told me he wasnt ready, i went a head and made a deal with Fex and we started to work on the bot without Pencil. So pencil has never been included or promised the source code. As he wasnt ready i started without him.

About the GFX, He gave me his consent without me ever promising him source code or anything. We still hadnt made any deal. And as no deal has been made. How is it a scam?

As you can see, I tried to make a agreement with him, but we couldnt move foward because he wanted the source code. and the source isnt something that i would ever give out.

I let Pencil use my bot and he made over 5000$. I didnt charge him for Server costs. maintaince costs. I let him use it because ii felt sorry for him.

As he made over 5000$ and didnt keep his promise to keep the profits towards dev. I will use the GFX and its more than right to do so. Source codes never been promised. I wanted to do 50/50 with him but he refused because he wasnt ready as his old developer left him. which i now understand why he left. I lost money running his bot while he made money.

So in the end. how did i scam? in the end, i was scammed i as i paid for his server costs, he promised to pay all profits towards dev and never did. He gave me his consent to use his GFX without me and him ever agreeing on 50/50 partnership, Im the only one that paid developer and paid for server costs, in the end. i lost money, he Made 5000+$.

 

It's a scam because you promised to remove it if I made my own stuff but you never did.

You made money using my designs, it's irrelevant that I made money using your bot temporarily because when it came time to part ways you got to keep your code.

I no longer use your stuff and you shouldn't need to use mine either, it's been awhile since you guys agreed to remove our work.

In reference to sharing profits that would only be for their server and not mine.

I would never agree to 100%, I never even agreed to 25%.

You never "ran" my server, you never took a deposit, did a stake or risked anything.

The only thing we did agree on was removals, if you feel scammed you should report us separately.

I would like to explain my side of the situation regarding the DNt.

The person involved voluntarily sent me the GFX files, without me ever promising him access to my Discord bot. I allowed him to use the bot out of goodwill, and during that time he reportedly made over $5,000 USD using it.

There was an agreement that money would be contributed towards development, but this promise was never fulfilled. Instead, I personally paid for a dedicated server and ended up losing money so he could continue using the bot.

Claiming after the fact that I do not have the right to use GFX that were freely sent to me, without any stated conditions, while he himself failed to keep his word, is not reasonable in my view. Therefore, I see no issue with continuing to use the material.

I will not stop using the GFX based on these accusations, as I believe they are unfounded. If you still choose to ban me or keep the DNt in place, that is your decision, but in my opinion this situation has not been handled fairly.

Anyone caught promoting your sever can also be reported for scams. I don't even use Sythe but I'd still respect a report outcome.

The outcome isnt correct accordinig to me. I have never scammed anyone and never will. If i feel something is wrong then the outcome can be whatever, May god bless you guys and GL!
