How long for 99 mage?

I'm bored, any ideas for a good way to get 99 magic? Was thinking about bursting soulwars.
Got about a 20m budget to work with, as rest of my GP is tied up.

wont be botting it.

you can get to 99 in less than 4 days, i recommend using the gatestone bot for rsbuddy, it works flawlessly, also as support i've been using it 24/7 for almost a week and a half i just got to 99 awesome bot, its free, and it doesn't cost any rsgp, avg. 50k mage xp/hr.

 

Have you considered stun alching? You can get upwards of 150k exp/hr, and, it's not all that expensive.

 

Stun Alching is pretty fast especially with Stealing Creation armour...

Why would you burst instead of barraging, idk if that's what you meant but. it should take about 2-3 days if you do that non-stop just came at the other colors barrier.

 

^ agreed with that statement. If you can afford it, barrage. Plus it's tons more fun

 

Gatestoning, is 50-60k/hr xp
Alching is 65-75k/hr xp
Stun-alching is 125-150k/hr xp

 

idk why you guys propose stunalching, idk anyone who does that LEGIT lol...


and @ others 20m isn't going to barrage me 95-99. which is why i said burst XD

 

I'm in the process of getting 99 magic right now legitimately, and I'm about 450k from 98. I started ice bursting from 94 onwards and have been rotating between ape atol skeletons, and rock lobsters (for charms), with the occasional SW game just for fun and the extra XP from zeal. So far I have spent about 20M on runes by the time I run out I am estimating I might need to spend another 10M for that final push to 99?

As some people already mentioned, stun alching is great too and it is quite a bit cheaper. Buy a mud staff, along with the soul runes, nats and fires, and cast stun at the skeleton in edgeville over the wilderness wall. I got from 85-94 doing that a few hours a day and it took me like a week and a half. The downside with stun alching is that it requires alot of attention for a long period of time, so most people use bots to do it for them. However, since you won't be botting (nor did I), unfortunately you are going to have to pay attention to all the tedious clicking. If done right though you can easily yeild 150k EXP per hour 250K if you have stealing creation armour.

 

Just do the old fashion high alchemy method. I mean you are nearly there even if it is a big amount of xp. Well for me I did Mage Training Arena while doing the enchantment room while doing the "no bonus point" method. I did bot it though and legit it from time to time.

if you dont mind questing then hunter kits is one of the most fastest way, done in about 2 days depending on how much you play and pay attention the quest you do need however are lunar diplomacy and dream mentor. i think my avg was about 200k per hour

That is a sexy ass pure. Bursting at Soulwars will be decent Exp, but you'll die quickly unless you're using Blood Burst.

 

Alching is about 70k xp an hour. Soul wars it alot less. You won't lose much alching rune arrows (about 26k gp an hour).

 

Don't waste your money dude i'd kill for 20m. Gatestone bot it it will take about a week 95-99 + its free

 

If you burst it'll cost alot more than 20m but will be EXTREMELY FAST

this guy got banned by using it,hes trying toure you,gate stone bot is 100% banrate,jagex camping there,even if you use it on a crowded world they WILL notice you my main got its first ban from it

 

I would just alch with minimal loses, or do superheat.
