Explanation of the trade:
User is attempting a Bait and Swap for 07 Gold via Eldorado.gg
How they scammed: User purposely is using difficult to discern names during buying gold for oldschool runescape to pull a bait and swap scam against sellers. He has the username horsefuneraI (capital i which makes it look like a lower case L [l]). He has 2 accounts. He is the first trade for us in the last 12-13 hours at this location so no one would be waiting nor would their be anyone able to see the username as the trade occurred within 3-4 minutes of the order, the only person who would arrive at the location within that timeframe is none other than the buyer himself. He first comes on the bait account which is conveniently named "horsefuneral" (L) with a lowercase L to make it seem like horsefuneraI (with a capital i). This bait and swap works since eldorado does not default all characters to lowercase which makes the scam possible. After collecting the goods on the bait account, user swaps to an alternative account which has the correct username and feigns ignorance which is the scam in all. They play the victim to get free goods.

Eldorado does not force lowercase caps in the username which makes a scam like this possible to begin with.

I understand that this report is being handled by Eldorado themselves and it is not going to be resolved here, but its more of a matter regarding awareness and spreading the word so other sellers don't get hit. A simple change in Eldorado UI of locking the username to lowercase would solve this matter entirely.
