Red warning before I click website

Hi guys, I'm just kind of cynical because When I search websites on google,
my anti-virus either has a Green check mark or a Red Warning sign beside the website on whether is has a virus or something. Anyways, Sythe in fact does have the red warning that this sight has something on it malicious maybe?

Can anyone explain why it shows that?

I believe that has happened to a few people before and it is because of a few advertisements or something. It is no big deal, don't worry about it. Sythe isn't going to harm your computer or something, its probably a false positive thingy.

 

Exactly what Scottay said. No need to worry. The worst thing that will happen here is when you go to buy or sell something you get scammed. Scamming should not occur because you should be wise who you trade, and us MM / OMM.

 

Yes, I have seen this happen before on another site. It was a topsite and one of the links that were advertised on there was a phishing link. So its not Sythe's fault but it could be an advertisement or someone might have reported this site to the virus site database claiming the same thing as you.

Just ignore it at least for this site. Mind I ask what anti-virus you have? I have AVG and in google Sythe shows as a green checkmark.

 

I get this too, norton also occasionally flags something from this website too.

Yeah it definitely looks like its targeting an advertisement on Sythe. How does the advertising work on here anyways.
Its the link at the bottom of the page that says "Runecape Gold"
