That's a full website. I can do that, but I won't do it for free. Nobody will. The two are not remotely similar. a website is alot more complicated and has very different technical aspects than a signature or thread layout. I can do it, but I will charge:
20m / $20 for a graphical layout (you will still have to hire someone to add in the content) - In HTML
75m / $50 for a full website with working links in HTML (shows up on search engines)
50m / $35 for a flash websites with content and working links (less likely to show up) - but can be with special effects

Nate, you have your own GFX shop, you should make yourself some so people see what they can get. I knew you didnt make it because you only have photoshop and you atleast need Illustrator to make 3d TxT.
Its not really fair, as your customers will think you are going to give them something like your signature.

 

Actually, You need cinema 4d to make what I made on his sig. BTW, do you want one?
