    Botting on runescape, good money?

I've played Runescape for over 7 years legitly, and.. I made my money through Tormented Demons, buying things cheap, Bandos, and some dicing, though I'm running low.

So I want to know, is botting a good way to make money from 0? I've looked around this site and see that many people are doing it. If I have to do nothing to gain gold, that would be a easy win :p

How much do people usually make?

And what botting method is the best?

    Thanks.

& I hope this is the right forum :x

I have 4 f2p accounts that make about 2mill a night (usually about 6-8hrs of sleep) any kind of mining bot would be good right now. a lot of people (including myself) bot at LRC. I make about 150kish an hour there. I wouldn't bot at green drags or frost dragons because they're so over crowded that you won't make anything.

Well if you're talking about botting; this belongs in the rs2 cheating section. Look into a fruit bat bot, combat bots (avansies, dragons, druids etc), and grenwalls but it's a fairly high banrate. Always moniter your bot if you don't want to get banned.

When you mean monitor your bot, what exactly do you mean? Make sure its doing the right thing? Or pause it for a while?
Only problem with avanchies and such, I'd need an account to work with, I'd hate to use my main, but I think I have one in mind, though a level 83 would get owned wouldn't it?

@ Rune Are you saying all 4 bots total make 2mil a night?

you sir don't know what you're talking about i have 3 frost dragon bots that can rack up to to 60m per day combined that means i make around 420m per week! But lets be honest sometimes it crashed sometimes it makes less so you don't bot 24/7 but you still make 380m easy per week

Grenwall bots seem to be really good right now. With 99 hunter people average 1.1m an hour, but with like 80 hunter it's still a steady 700k an hour. The downside is that you need 77+ hunter and 69 summoning.

@ BotInc, no need to be rude. Don't need to be going around guessing what peoples lives are all about, if you knew me, you'd know that I actually do have a daily REAL job. Don't need to lessen people to make yourself feel just a little better. :noworry:

80+ hunter sounds like a challege. I have 99 on my main, but like I said I wouldn't want to risk anything..

I like the dragon idea. :) There are bots to get hunter to 99 correct?

You should just go to rsbuddy and see what scripts they got and you can post a thread like this on their forums

If you can get 5 accouts at LRC you can make about 1m/hr and it is very safe and you can run it for 20 hrs+

There are bots to get Hunter exp indeed. It's not a long way to 99, but Chinchompas are overcrowded... Anyways, 99 should still give you good money.

Im not guessing what your life is about and I dont care so please spare the details. I was stating that botting is not worth it, a better idea is to do something else and buy the gold, unless you got unlimited free electricity, several 1k+ $$ botting rigs and enjoy watching a computer play for you. Its not worth it anymore.

many people do Rock Caverns or do Sorc garden which can generate 200k/hour but a high banrate.

There are numerous good methods. I'd rather not post them here as they'd get nerfed, but blue dragons, lrc, and grenwalls are popular now. There are other methods, but they hardly have any different kind of profit. Just a better well kept secret. ;)

LRC is unbelievable money if you have fast internet that will run all night. also you need to buy membership for all the accounts, but if you sell gold and the accounts when your done you will easily make it back with huge profits.
