There's no way you're going to get 7 buds for a Le Party Phantom w/ flies. Flies are at the bottom of the unusual effect's list right now. UHC and Jiggly's Pricechecked it at 2.5-3 and that's if you actually get a buyer.

EDIT : As for your trading issue, just quickly download the TF2 Trading Beta. You can trade Items and Games without even having to open TF2.

 

While flies are at the bottom, the party phantom is much higher. You won't find one cheaper than 7.

Fetti is the least desirable effect, and the phantom is only one of 2(IIRC) miscs that can be unusual (meaning you can have another unusual hat as well). I'd value it at about 5-7 buds.

 

How is Fetti the least desirable? You clearly know nothing about trading in the TF2 community as of lately (or ever). The update on 8/18 made the price of fetti's skyrocket, due the to effect being fixed and made to look sharper and alot better. Fetti is worth more than Peace, TF2 Logo, and Flies (It's always been worth more than flies.) You're also clearly forgetting that the price of every unusual also depends on what kind of hat it is. Flies with Le Party is the lower tier Le Party unusual. I'm still challenging either of you to go into a UHC server and ask ANYONE the price on the unusual.

 

I don't care what you, UHC, SOP or "the tf2 community" say. I'd buy it for 5-7 buds, which is what I said, so quit spamming this thread with your dubious and unsourced assertions.

 

You see it as spam, I see it as 1. Bumping 2. Debating the price of the owners item, to help other members.
