Kinda wanna start, got some ?'s

Is it more fun than runescape? its PVP right? and what is the best class to go player vs player?

 

PvP is a must, they game would be boring if not...
Its a lot more content heavy, need to understand what your doing when you get high up there. Really recommend it though because its always something different. Its amazing to play both. Lots of fun and time always

 

It's different, more things to do but also a little harder to get into. It is PvP, and really the class depends on your playstyle, like if you want to play as a caster, healer or melee.

 

All I know is I wanna be a badass pvp, any tips? and what would you say the start up cost is? like how much for all the updates of the game and the ability to play online.

 

Rogue is pretty good at PVP, and when I still played I found Deathknights (requires WotLK though) and mages were pretty good. I never actually tried the Paladin (pretty much a hybrid class), but it always pissed me off when I was fighting a paladin lol

 

It will cost you about 100$ for all 4 expansions, which you'll want all of to play at the current standard of level, gear, abilities etc. which is level 85. Then it's about 28-30$ for 2 months game time, but is less for credit card subscription I believe.

You'll need to really work at it, and take the time to understand the game before you can even begin PVP, hunter's are good to start with, yet hard to master. Great DPS, and you can stand back and let your pet tank, so it's awesome for PVE, PVM, PVP.

It's nothing like runescape, it has a whole new feel/look, it's 100x better, I fully recommend it.

 

If you feel you're really getting into it, then buy all of the expansions. Without them, certain essential features to the game are disabled, such as flying mounts in the main kingdom cannot be flown without a pass from WoTLK.

 

Runescape honestly doesn't even compare to WoW.

Runescape is trash nowadays. I used to like it over WoW until I got into WoW pvp. Runescape PvP is just based on luck as in who will hit higher. WoW PvP is just so much far, it's even more fun if you're skilled. And in WoW there's alot less grind then in Runescape. Runescape basically is nonstop grind unless you bot. I botted on Runescape and on WoW I'm never tempted to bot because the grind is not as bad.

As for a fun PvP class I find Warrior/Rogues/Feral Druids really fun classes. For a warrior I just love reckstorm and if you have pocket heals in a random bg you will wreck shit. As for Feral and Rogue, there's just so many things you guys can do during a bg, stealthy wise.

One thing if you start to play WoW do not become a clicker. I started off as a clicker and been a clicker for about 2 years. Pretty much why I really PvP, only PvE because it was so easy. I couldn't get used to keybinds and mouse until I got a razer naga a month ago...Now I won't even touch PvE.

 

Id recononmend being a hunter Or a druid for your first class as they are easy to use. Hunter being Overpowerd and an easy class to play good for your first choice. i chose a warlock for my first ever char and it was terrible

 

If you are a Runescape veteran, Than you will never officially switch completely. Ex; Gross Gore.

Sure WoW is a great game. I am a Runescape veteran. Iv bought the $20 pack that includes the game with one expansion pack as well. And two guides.
Id give that a try, Really fun as well, But everyone is already max level, which is pretty quick to achieve.

 

to be annoust once you start leveling from level 1 to 85 you will learn your class. Everyone who started out playing wow was a noob, now theres a bunch of glads . Blizz had a sale that allowed you to purchase the first 3 expansions for $15, but that was on some holiday... Wow is a lot better than rs, This is coming from a 2200 player

If your gonna play wow i suggest you just go out and buy it, the most fun part is your noob experience, trust me.
