PlayerAuctions' True Test

For the first time in 623 orders someone has tried to dispute that I haven't sent them gold. I have gathered substantial evidence against the person so if PlayerAuctions sides with him and refunds him, I guess they aren't as safe as we thought. I will keep you guys posted on the outcome of the dispute.

Also some of you may find it ironic that his in game character name is Disputer XD

It isn't showing the disputer's first dispute comment however all it consisted of was him calling me a faggot, claiming that I didn't deliver gp to him, and demanding a refund.

Bro, always RECORD and archive your transactions if you can. Video evidence pretty much closes any dispute pretty quickly.

 

It has happen to me quite a few time and I actually lost a few but that's because I deliver to wrong name, I wasn't paying attention and name was similar. If you delivered to correct name they will side with you and send you disbursement, make sure you reply to the email regarding the dispute and attach the photos.

 

Wow that is so annoying. Makes me mad, even though its not my gold.


I actually had a guy claim I never sent him the money, "declined and logged out" I know for sure I traded him the money, I accepted really quickly, and because I had no proof (didn't take pictures) I could not do anything about it, plus he was threatening to give me negitive feedback, so I was forced to give him a extra 20m. Thankfully it wasn't 50m+ I make sure to record videos for every transaction from now on. Video is always the best way to go. I have hypercam set up at the bottom, ready for any trades done, and all I press is F2 to start it up, no need to get into paint, and copy and paste, and worry about saving. ^_^


Anyway, If PlayerAuctions sides with him, that'll be really upsetting.

I hava dispute as well, but I got my money when i sent them the delivery pic. what we shold do is make sure the rs name the buyer used to trade gold is the same with the one he put on PA. and taking screenshot of trading all the time.

@KMJT, ur case is really complicated. and your buyer too. I am speechless to him.

I am well aware. Even funnier he put a bet on me with his blood money and didn't know it of course. I was glad to see he pretty much lost every single bet he placed lol.

Anyone else that has gone through this i'm stumped. In the event log it says "Dispute escalated by buyer" and the order status is "Dispute Pending Seller Evidence." However it isn't appearing under "requiring my action" and I cannot rebuttal on the site itself. Am I missing something, or at this point all I can do is send them emails?

Another question that has bothered me alot is what to do when someone gives a delivery name like lliilililiilii or 0oo0oo0o0o0... any suggestions? (hasnt happened so far, thank god)

 

Also, his LP list as 100 however, "Disputer" has 85 constitution, aka he would have 850 LP. - The same can be said with his prayer aswell.

 

When that happens I open up word and paste the in game character name. Separate the letters to distinguish what they really are and add that name in game.

Yeah I video-record all my transactions, so much easier to submit for evidence

I'm doing that too, but what if they haven't got their friends chat on?
And even if it's on, its impossible to take proper screens etc ingame of delivery since you cannot disinguish the letters ingame..

 

To be honest this happened to me once and i won it with out proof.

You could have also mentioned that it was fishy that the "proof" he provided was the exact same picture as the one you sent, except of course for the failed editings.
