Minority babies almost the majority in the U.S

"Minority" will have a different meaning very soon in the U.S. Thoughts?

But yeah, I don't really care about it, part of life. Hispanic people aren't bad...just the poor ones, they're hicks.

 

Er, I've met some very nice Hispanic people who aren't rich...so stop stereotyping them.

Yes I know there's nice minorities, but where I live, the majority of younger minorities are douchebags.

 

you're not understanding the term "Minority"
it's not a term used for literal meaning, it's a term used out of ignorance.

even though the majority of the USA isn't white anymore, the darker skinned people will still be called minorities just because.

 

I think it's a little nice that variety will be a bit more.

 

"Hicks" are-- stereotypically-- backwood white people who drive beat-up pickup tricks and live in trailer homes. Also, it's "estas" unless you're talking to someone formally who's influential or superior. Lastly, not all Mexicans who come to the USA are poor.

Anyway, it's just the bi-product of having a country that's so open to legal immigration, and so vulnerable to illegal immigration. I think it'd be a good thing for us, since a lot of Americans are culturally insensitive.

@NiGinCharge: "Minority" means non-white or non-American. Hispanic, black, Asian; these are all minority groups.

 

I agree with mohtasa hicks are mainly thought of as rednecks
