    I do admit I am new to PlayerAuctions, never have actually used it, but I know they will not give back my $66 if I contact them saying that he did not finish the deal and give me the 100m.

    If you dispute a transaction on PA, they will require the seller to prove that he gave you the goods. If he can't, the money will be returned.
