    Explanation of the trade: Well here we go again i purchased services for @Swift Services for a max account. however the worker who was placed on the account started leveling up the services and suddenly stopped went cold didn't think much of it. i was thinking it most likely just taking a break didn't think much of it. then it turns out i try checking an update on wiseoldman to see how the account progress is doing turns out the account with that username no longer existed. Turns out i checked the email that account was associated with and the account was linked to jagex account which i do not have have access to i will link that screenshot now imgur.com. With that being said i obliviously try to log into the account and was given this other email by jagex launcher imgur.com. With that being said i did open a support ticket within the swift services discord and awaiting a reply from swift himself im making this report as precautionary system.
    How they scammed: paid swift services for a max account. worker proceeds to level up account and then proceeds to change / switch it to jagex launcher selling the account and or doing god knows what with it. swift is tied into this because he owns the server. + max gear on account due to it requiring slayer levels

    Hello,
    He has reported this through a ticket, and we are doing our best to resolve the situation.
    We need him to recover his account first. The worker has not replied yet.
    He has a 1b deposit. If we confirm that the issue was caused by the worker, once the account is recovered we will continue and finish the job. Additionally, the worker’s deposit will be added to his wallet or used for any additional services. @TheRusher

    me and @Swift Services are actively in communication and I attempting to recover the account. here was the 1st attempt in resetting the password imgur.com . 2nd attempt i.imgur.com/5vobF3q.png . however after this ticket being created i.imgur.com/7EGfhJ8.png i assume that means nothing can be done we agreed to see if jagex can and will respond within the next couple of days 2-3 days. However is the account cannot be recovered me and @Swift Services will work on a resolution. And if the account is recovered will discuss further what needs to be done. The solution depends on if the account can be recovered or not will write continuous updates through this page.

    Hey everyone,This customer placed an order with us. During this order, we had to change workers multiple times, and the issue occurred with the last worker.

    This last worker has been working on the account for approximately 5 months and has successfully completed a very large amount of progress without prior issues.

    Before assigning this worker, we asked the customer about the bank value on the account. The customer confirmed it was 20 million GP. Based on this information, we assigned a worker with a 1 billion GP deposit to ensure the order could proceed smoothly and to provide sufficient security. We also anticipated that the customer would add more GP, allowing the worker to use it for grinding and maxing the account.

    Later, the customer added 100 million GP, followed by an additional 500 million GP to the account. He informed us immediately, provided clear trade proof, and shared screenshots in the ticket. We acknowledged this and confirmed that everything was in order.

    Yesterday, the customer contacted us claiming that:
    • The account is now locked to the Jagex Launcher
    • He can no longer access the account
    • He believes the worker caused this issue
    • He also claims that he added 5 billion GP to the account

    However:
    • There is no trade proof, screenshots, or any form of confirmation provided for the alleged 5 billion GP deposit
    • When the customer added GP previously, he followed the correct process and informed us immediately with proof
    • This time, we were not informed at all
    • The worker has denied adding, removing, or interacting with any extra GP and denies responsibility for the issue

    This raises several concerns:
    • Where is the evidence for the claimed 5 billion GP deposit?
    • Why were we not informed, especially when the correct procedure was followed before?
    • On what basis is the worker being blamed when there is no supporting proof?

    Additional Clarification:

    At this point, it is unclear whether the customer is attempting to pressure us into providing a new email or a replacement account in addition to the existing one. This is not an accusation, but a concern that I believe is reasonable to raise given the situation.

    Regardless of the outcome, I fully respect and accept whatever decision the admins reach.

    All relevant conversations, tickets, and available evidence can be reviewed on our Discord server, and I am fully cooperative and ready to provide access to anything the admins may need.

    Yes no proof of the 5 billion being transferred that is my fault I'm willing to accept the trade loss on that part. However this is not the 1st time we have had issue in the past with @Swift Services had issue with gp in the very same ticket. Early in the ticket swift had issues with another worker which had to be removed because he was stealing gp i will provide the proof shortly. I originally wanted to keep this a secret because lets be honest this could actually ruin @Swift Services reputation and trust within the service discord and i did not want that happening(because a man has to eat). But that it seems im being accused of stealing my own gp let alone my account i will prove this false and swift has a history of hiring sketchy workers etc etc.

    The following happened in the same ticket with another worker where i kept quiet because again didn't want to hurt swift reputation but this is all in a attempt to defend myself.
    The following screenshots are here to prove that swift has put worker on this ticket / specific account that have stolen the gp and gotten away with other tos.
    the following of screenshots are also swift privately dming showing me that his worker at the time was up to some sketchy thing
    with that being said i believe i need to provide proof showing that @Swift Services has a history of having the same issue in this VERY ticket. did i transfer 5b into the account with max grind for slayer yes i did. did i not provide proof it yeah i also did that thats my mistake im willing to take the loss of that gp. However what has happened before in the past and is now happening again that their worker has stolen gp and has stolen the account. I have been nothing but have open communication with @Swift Services about what are some compromise we can do. I have do nothing but been on hold with jagex support emailing them attempting to recover my account which was stolen.

    another important topic to bring on this matter. swift workers are supposed to log in to whatever client they are on and provide proof of skilling / leveling up after 1-2 weeks of no reports i am curious and check to see what has happened and turns out the account was switched to a jagex account which i provided proof in the initial post. I have tried working with swift and have tried recovering to the best of my ability and to luck i still haven't heard back from jagex on the matter.

    what i believe is that swift is attempting not pay this debt because it is a massive one. bonds gp placed on the account the cost of the ticket itself let alone gear time etc etc... Im willing to do whatever i need to do in order to help swift in this matter and recover the account which i have tried but to no luck. But it seems we require the scythe moderators to step and help us reach a conclusion. With that being said swift has a history of 1. his own workers stealing gp 2. worker not constantly updating on progress / work within the ticket 3. swift attempting to cover up himself that his workers are sketchy at time and steal when they can where they can. 4. again we spoke in private in the ticket asking to reach a resolution it seems like that all went out the window (different time zones perhaps i was sleep when he @ in the morning) but now this has happened so i feel like i have to defend myself here and also show proof that @Swift Services has done some sketchy things in the past but has made it right but as of now it seems we require some moderation to help us come to a conclusion. look forward to hearing on the matter enjoy the rest of your day.

    also forgot to mention the worker has already been demoted and has loss access to the entire server https://i.imgur.com/Hq1IicA.png . if he believes the worker did nothing wrong why demote him this is just another piece of evidence showing that swift worker fucked up and he attempting to cover it up / hide the and pay which is owed. again i await for the sythe team to respond to this ongoing ordeal.

    We have temporarily removed the worker role from the involved worker while we investigate and work toward resolving the issue. The customer has also raised a previously reported issue that was already resolved, which we believe is not relevant to the current situation. At this point, we will await the admins’ review and guidance, as their decision will help resolve the matter and clarify any misunderstandings.

    this is an email i was able to get from jagex earlier (note i just woke up)


    this proves beyond reasonable doubt that @Swift Services worker did in fact hijack the account. With that being said i would still like to hear what the sythe moderators have to say. As soon i recover the account i will log in and see what is missing from the account. I'd also like to hear what @Swift Services has to say.

    i was able to recover the account
    here is the exchange history of the account i assume liquidating the account.
    still would to hear the input from scythe moderators. obliviously stating here @Swift Services worker hijacked the account i was able to recover it. I had placed 5B in gp (for the slayer grind) on the account however i did not screenshot the transfer of the gp on the account. With that being said the trust between me and the service provider @Swift Services had been broken he attempted to paint me as the the wrongdoer. where in reality it was worker i have provided nothing but proof from jagex confirming that it was hijacked proving THAT I WAS RIGHT. The worker lied clearly liquidated the account attempt to sell the account to whoever clearly because the name change and liquidating of the bank. With that being said i would to like know the moderators ruling. yes the account was recovered the bank was sold. however @Swift Services has shown to be untrust worthy he has a history of replacing stolen gp as proven in the earlier screenshots. swift agreed in the ticket if the account was recovered they will simply continue to max the account. Yes i want a max account that the whole reason i opened a ticket 1 year ago! But swift has showed dishonesty when it comes assigning workers to the ticket who have been thief's. with that being said i dont trust swift whatsoever any longer. this is the 2nd time something like this has happened i would like to hear from the mods and hopefully we can come to a peaceful conclusion.

    I’m glad to hear that you were able to recover the account and access it again, especially since you mentioned earlier that it was stolen.

    At this point, I want to be clear and flexible with you:
    • If you would like to continue the service you originally ordered, we can proceed and complete it.
    • If you prefer to stop the service, we can calculate what has already been completed and refund the remaining balance accordingly. I am okay with either option.

    In any case, we will still wait for the admins’ response and final decision, and we will move forward based on that.

    I would also like to clarify one additional point. You mentioned that there were items worth more than 5B GP on the account. However, based on the GE history, what I can see are mainly junk or low-value items. Additionally, the last screenshot you personally provided showed the bank value at 516M GP.

    At the end of the day, I’m genuinely happy that you managed to get the account back and open it again.

    yes it was stolen and i recovered it. Plain and simple this should have never happened you were proven wrong your worker lied and i have multiple evidence proving that account was in fact hijacked confirmed by jagex themselves.

    At this point i'd like to be clear with you
    • i will wait on the rule from the mod team whatever they deicide from there i will determine what i will be doing
    and as far as the gp worth on the account its clearly proven that your worker stole account and the gp attached to the account he simply sold the gold on the account and also the account itself. the reason for the ge history it clear as day the worker sold whatever was worth of value in whatever order he did. to put it simply the worker stole the account and stole whatever what was worth of value on the account.

    yes i am glad i was able to recover the account. however i am not happy that it no longer a legacy account it in fact now a jagex account. At this point i will decide on what to do depending on the final decision of the sythe team. With that being said i hope to hear from them soon.

    @TheRusher, regarding the previous situation with a prior worker, this appears to have been resolved as you continued with the order.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible for staff to determine who imported the account onto a Jagex launcher or how much wealth was actually on the account at the time it was removed - so we would not be able to hold @Swift Services liable.


    @TheRusher, your options for a resolution here would be to either have @Swift Services finish the original order or refund any remaining work that has not been finished as he stated above. Please get in touch and try to work together on an agreement. If you cannot come to a mutual agreement, please let me know and I can provide more assistance.
