Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

In March 2025, @Femalfriend contacted me saying that the account i sold him was stolen and imported to the Jagex Launcher, resulting in total loss of access. I tried to recover it several times, but without success.

When I sold him this account, I offered a lifetime guarantee at the time and, if i couldn't recover it, I would refund the full amount.

Since I couldn't recover the account, I decided to refund him, but as I was going through financial difficulties at the time, he accepted a payment plan.

The amount was recently fully paid off, and I would like to be able to trade on the platform again.

I apologize to femalefriend for all the trouble I caused him and to the Sythe team. I would very much like to trade on the platform again.
