Combat botting

Long story short, i wanna get 75-90 strength using a VIP bot called ArteBandits
(100-145kxp/h) I am new with botting combat so how many breaks should i take, and whats the max number of hours i can bot for. Thanks

Additional Question; Is it better/faster to use a SW bot to get zeals for xp or normal fighting methods ?

 

sw= almost no ban rate never been banned there.
bandits idk I should just bot like 4 days straight.

 

Botting using normal methods is always faster than soul wars, but depending on the location could have a higher banrate. To be honest I'd just 24/7 it out since Jagex doesn't care anymore, but 10-12 hours with you babysitting a good portion of the time (it helps that ArteBandits notifies you when someone talks) should be a rather low ban rate.

I wouldn't do soul wars, just saying.. The ban rate is moderate and it's not as fast.

 

I like to bot for 1.5 day, then half a day break. But24/7 will work too, just more ban chance.

 

Just because you've never been banned doesn't mean the ban rate is low. Essence has an infinitely high banrate at the moment and I'm not being banned by botting it.

 

dont take breaks there....just run bandits 24/7
