It's indeed a very nice account but you won't get near the price of the skills that you got. You said that prayer was 250m and construction 80m which makes 330m. Take about the half of that is 165m. Then to convert it to dollars you take the half of it again = $85.

There might be people that will pay more though. Goodluck selling!
