So it's been about 2 years since I last logged in. I remember that when I left there was a 5k trading limit, and there were two less quests, etc. I want to know what all has changed since then, what have been some big updates? For example, am I right in assuming there's no longer a 5k trading limit? Why is that?

Alternatively, I'm considering purchasing a membership again.. what are some new opportunities for members nowadays? I think it'll be fun to look back on the changes, too. Thanks everyone!

    No trade limit.
    Old wildy is back.
New prayers - Ancient Curses (memb)
    New boss - Nex (memb)
    New weapons - Korasi (memb)
    New Skill - Dungeoneering

How to be successful in RuneScape - bot, buy gold, stake, merch, pk, dice.
I would say more than half the people in RS bot, and Jagex doesn't do that much because they only want money.

Haha "It was gay" Is a great explanation, thanks :)

So the old Wildy is back, no strings attached? Everything is the same? Also, what are the most popular bots nowadays? If I were to invest in one, which would be a good choice? And what pures are the most popular, also? Which work the best?

The two most popular bot sites nowadays are rsbots.net and rsbuddy.com. Just browse those two sites and see which bots you like. If you want a quality bot, expect to pay.

Wow, I can't believe they let it decline so much. I notice people spamming the GE for gold sites nowadays, I would figure that a lot of them would be taken care of by a mod. that's ridiculous. I remember RsBots.net from a while back, too.. I think I might try that out. What are some of the quicker ways to make money botting? Would it be a better idea to just buy gold instead? Thanks.

Thanks for the welcome :) Lol.

Oh, and pures.. what's a good idea there?

Money - Little Rock Cavern mining, woodcutting, LRC fishing, Sorceress Garden, a bunch of others. If you have a good computer, knowledge of bots, and free time, then I would bot. And botting the gold/levels yourself is much more satisfying. But if you have the cash then buy gold (buy you'll still have to bot combat).

Pures - Turmoil Zerker Pure, or Range tank. Those are like the only two pkers worth making nowadays IMO.

Awesome, thanks for the info! Are you allowed to log onto multiple account, or is that a no still? If no, then is there a client or something that could help me get around that?

Also, I have an account with 1/1/46, should I turn that into a range tank then? Is there a definitive guide to help me out with that? Thanks so much, Y'all are very informative :)

You are allowed to log onto multiple accounts, Jagex doesn't ban you for it. However, if you're trying to log into the same world, you should use a client like RSBuddy or neXus which is found here.

This seems like a popular ranged tank guide.

So, quick question; which method is the fastest way to make money in f2p? and which is the fastest in p2p? Something easy to bot, preferably. Thanks again :)

there arent any really good money makers in ftp... everything is crowed by bots.. in p2p sorc garder or living rock cavern mning are decent money. Frost dragons are the best source of income but have high requirements.

Frost Dragons is the best way to bot but you need 85 dungeoneering so you would have to use iDung Pro first to get that. Even with the high ban rate I have seen people knocking over there 24/7 for months. Sorc Garden isn't so money making worthy anymore. Maybe for bonus exp weekend though if I predict that herbs will rise like all the other times. Its one of the easier ones to set up.

Ok, so sorc garden is easy to bot on a lower level account? How do you make money? Just the herbs or can you sell the drinks? And dungeoneering is bottable too, then frost dragons? If I were to convert my old pure range to a range tank, what levels would be recommended for dungeoneering, then frost dragons? Thanks so much guys, I appreciate it.. I had no idea what either of those were and I had to do a little research, so sorry if I'm not very up to speed yet.
