Botting on a maxed main... Taking EVERY possible precaution. Chance of ban?

Hi. I'm currently aiming for a completionist cape on my maxed main. All combat stats 99, 99 Prayer,Summon,Herblore, etc... 107 Dungeoneering, 1.3B+ in bank (most of it in rares and gear though).

I've neglected most of my skilling stats before in favor of bossing, but I figure since school starts it would be good to get go ahead and shoot for that completionist cape. I will legit most easy AFKable skills such as fishing, woodcutting, mining, smithing, crafting, fletching etc. where you just click once and then wait a while. I will use my 169 (and counting) banked effigies to finish runecrafting.

But that leaves some horrible skills like hunter, firemaking, thieving, construction, and agility that simply CANNOT be AFK'd. And of course, there are much better things to do in college than that crap. So I want to bot those skills. But at the same time, this is my only account, and obviously way too valuable to lose or even get reset.

So my question is: If I took EVERY precaution possible to avoid a ban, is it worth it? I will

A) Only bot at non-obvious or low-ban rate areas. Ex: I'm doing FM at the Jadinko Lair, Construction is obv. non-reportable, and I'm doing hunter far away from the hordes of chinchompa bots. Obviously I'm not going to go to frost drags or range guild or something retarded like that. And I'll make sure the bot I'm using has an ANTI-BAN and human-like click speeds.

B) I will 100% babysit, since I'll be studying or doing work at my computer a lot anyways. I'll respond to any questions or conversations, and manage any mess-ups. Every once in a while I will chat with clan members.

C) I'll never bot more than 2-3 hours in a row before I either go on a farming run, or maybe go solo some boss, or do something else legit.

D) I'll never bot or play more than 8 hours a day, since I have classes and will only bot when I am in my dorm and awake/at the computer.

E) I'll manage all randoms myself, and get experience lamps from the genie.

...The list pretty much goes on. I basically just want to be able to train those skills while still being able to do homework.

Should I go for it guys? Do you think the chance of a ban is basically almost zero at this point?

I think you should do it... If you get banned it will be a 14 day ban, then 29 days, and just then perm.

Worth the penalty if you ask me. Saving you loads of hours.

 

You should be able to bot under these circumstances 100% easy. I've been botting on a maxed main for several hours a day and I have a few tips for you.

1. LEGITING: After a few hours of botting, do something that isn't frequently botted such as the farming run you stated, bossing, or quests.

2. Try doing like 2 hours botting, 1 hour LEGITING, 3 hours botting.

3. Use PAID bots. OEMBots has a great variety.

Using these 3 tips + your A-E will almost guarantee, 99.99999%, that you won't get banned. The fact that you are higher level and have been completely legit, makes it more likely to not get banned and I believe the first ban w/ membership is only a 14 day anyway. Good luck to you.

 

Lol from what it looks like, you will be basically playing the whole time. Really though go for it. From what you said there is a low chance of even getting banned if you plan on babysitting it.
I bot a pretty high main (its not max) but it held 21 santas at one point 12-16 hours per day. Nothing happened. So you are definitely in the clear.

 

Use RID.

 

If you don't want to risk it, don't bot... There's ALWAYS a chance to get banned, but it seems like your chance is gonna be slim, altough if you gonna sit a pc whole time responding to everyone, it would be easier to legit it :/

 

i dont think you will have a problem botting they dont ban to much anymore, but just an FYI threads like this not allowed

 

If you don't want to risk your main, you can do as much as 6-7 hours a day with RiD and still keep a guaranteed 0% chance ban. Controls your mouse and can sort of be expensive though

 

I'd recommend trying out RiD as well.
People say it's expensive but if you're just going to be using it to get one account to 99 it is usually not much more than another paid bot.

 

As others have said, there is never really 0 risk but by babysitting 100% and botting in smart locations, you are making the risk very small.

You could look into RiD (Robotz in Disguise), but with you babysitting 24/7 you probably won't need it (but if you haven't already bought the auths for other bots, I would look into RiD anyway). They are amazing bots, it is fun to sit back and watch them have a conversation with someone

I wouldn't split up gameplay like Fayded suggested...That would create for very irregular playing patterns. The precautions you have already mentioned should be enough to minimize the chance of a ban.

 

Bot 10/hrs + per day, don't use hot spots, join a well known friends chat or talk to your clan every now and again, dont turn public/friends/fc/cc off when botting, i've been doing this on my main and currently maxed meele + 99fishing/fletch.

 

I say you do it. why not transfer the cash off though? no need to risk it if youre botting. maybe only keep a small amount for supplies.

 

Put all your cash and items in GE as a precaution, but your pretty much set.

As said a million times before, there is never a guaranteed method that won't get you banned. By babysitting, botting in secluded areas or areas that are so packed that you won't be noticed, and botting only human-like hours, you have a pretty good chance of slipping by. I would suggest transferring off the GP to another account because I have heard horror stories of people coming back from resets having not only their levels fucked with, but their wealth too. It would be wise to protect that GP and only leave what you truly need on the account.

 

Don't bot what you don't want to loose. No bot is 100% undetectable. If you are careful then you should be fine. Jagex is mainly trying to get rid of the Chinese goldfarm bots, so you should be safe. Don't wear any fancy gear or else some noob might ask for the emote.

 

I have been botting my main for 3 months 24/7 with no ban. It's purely based on player reports. Obviously if you bot at popular areas, you have higher chances of being banned.

 

Yeah RiD was the bot that I used during my time.

I would suggest using RiD pickpocket bot its one of the best out there. If you did Do No Evil quest then you are hooked.

 

I''m also doing something similar to you. I started off as a level 3 a couple months ago. I only use PAID scripts from nexus and iDungeonPro from Rsbuddy only. I already have maxed its melee stats and have gotten a few 99s. Might just sell the account or go for the complectionist cape

 

I have had a 34+hr on my Staker. Honestly your being to precautious. I wouldn't even consider that botting lmfao.
