Spoiler: TERMS OF SERVICE

FLAWLESS BUILDS — TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply to every service and every account sale made through our Discord.

Payments & Verification
• Payment is up front and only accepted by @admin or above. Anyone else claiming to be a worker is trying to scam you. Always confirm you're talking to the right person and open a ticket. We will not refund you if you are scammed by an imposter.
• Payments are picked up automatically, and staff verify every payment by hand before anything is delivered. The bot never delivers an order on its own.

Orders & Delivery
• We are not obligated to provide timeframes, but we will complete your order as soon as possible.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order if workers are unavailable.
• Buyers must follow the delivery instructions in full. Failure to follow the delivery and setup process voids all support, warranty, and recovery assistance.

Accounts — Your Responsibility
• Check your linked accounts before and after ordering, and change your bank PIN regularly.
• Change your account password after every completed service, or when you receive a purchased account, following the post-purchase account timeline instructions provided.
• Before ordering, transfer any unnecessary wealth off the account.
• Send account details only to your assigned worker by DM once they've claimed your ticket, then delete the details from the DM. Only you and the worker should have them. We are not responsible if you post details in a ticket or channel with multiple people.
• During a service, only log in with permission from the owner or your assigned worker.
• Once an account is delivered, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the account's standing, including any future ban, delayed ban, or mute, regardless of cause. Bans are an inherent risk of the game and are never covered, refunded, or replaced.

Account Sales
• Accounts are created using automation assistance and may carry prior account marks. This is reflected in the price. All accounts are sold as-is and rested for a minimum of one month before sale.
• We are responsible for any account sold on our Discord per Sythe's rules for 1 month (their stated minimum liability). This is limited to account access only: we assist with locks and recoveries within that window. It does not extend to bans, mutes, or any other change to the account's standing.
• Per Sythe's rules and global clarifications, we accept no seller responsibility for wealth on an account. We are not responsible for any wealth, items, or value added after the sale.
• All accounts are made in-house with intent to sell. We do not buy, outsource, trade, or resell accounts from anyone else. Bulk logins are sourced from a third-party supplier (details on request) or made using our in-house Forge Systems.

Services
• You provide all supplies unless otherwise agreed, and you keep all resources collected during training.
• We will try to post progress screenshots and update you daily.
• Most services are priced and completed by hand. The exceptions are Quivers and Infernal capes, which are completed with automation assistance. If you want automation services at a discounted rate (with accepted responsibility for bans), request a quote in a ticket.
• We are not responsible for any bans or mutes during a service.
• We are not liable for accidentally gained attack/defense levels. Ordering a specific build or Pure is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for the death of an HCIM. Ordering with an HCIM is at your own risk.
• Ironman buyers must state their wealth so we can assign a suitable, trusted worker. For high-valued Ironman accounts, we'll try to assign a worker with a matching deposit. You are insured the account's value in OSRS GP: if items are lost and we're deemed responsible, we refund the GP value but do not retrieve items, due to the RNG-based nature of the game.

Refunds & Disputes
• Refunds are not provided after payment has been completed.
• All sales are final once the account or service has been delivered.

Conduct
• Treat staff and other members with respect at all times. Disagreements are handled calmly and through tickets, not public arguments.
• Zero tolerance for spam, advertising, or disruptive behavior in any channel.
• Harassment, threats, or abuse toward staff or members will result in removal from the server and forfeits any further support, without affecting your rights under these terms or Sythe's rules.

Changes to These Terms
• Only the written terms here apply to your order. No verbal statement, chat message, or informal reply overrides, expands, or replaces what is written.
• Changes to an order's terms can only be made by the @Owner role, and must be confirmed and stated in full inside a ticket. We reserve the right to turn down any change request.
• We reserve the right to update these terms over time.
