cant decide which class

well, i have narrowed it down to two classes: priest and paladin. I realize they both have different roles in the game, but I am honestly stuck in deciding which class to pick, both are at level 25. I would like to pick one to take all the way to 85. please help me decide

 

paladin. less boring, easy to level, and plate

 

I'd go with Paladin. That's the class I play as my "main" and I honestly love it. You can fill any spot in a raid and for the most part Paladins are the top or one of the top in each role (DPS, Tank, Healer).

 

As a beginner (I assume) - Paladin.

They're easy to level, can do any job, get Plate armour.

 

well I am not necessarily new, I quit when cata came out but decided to come back. I am normally a DPS in raids but now I would like to try healing. So between paladin and priest, which would be better overall for healing?

 

disc priest is unstoppable right now as endgame healer

 

mainly pvp but pve too, besides holy is one of the best aoe raid heals you can get

 

Pallys are great healers and tank, but go priest if you're wanting to dps. My main is a ret (paladin dps spec), I raid on him and do top dps in my 10M normal guild, but in heroic content they are not viable and don't bring anything unique to the raid. The work required for the dps output is beaten in every respect by shadow priests and most other dps classes. Ret is still fun in my opinion, we just need tweaking.

 

Yeah or even Druid or Shaman. I just always recommend Hybrids for new players because if they end up disliking a healing role or DPS, they can switch without having to make a while new character.

 

Way too many paladins, go Preist.
Basically a spellcaster version of Pally. Equally fun

 

Iwould go priest They are fun to play from start to finsh, They own at all levels. Paladins get extremely boring i have an 85 i fetch up to around 15-17k dps but im sure a priest can do better. go with priest will be much funner.
