Which 99's Are Worth A Lot of $

Hey guys, I'm getting close to cashing out on my account, and rather then selling my GP I plan on getting some 99's.

99's on the account:

99 Attack
99 Strength
99 Range
99 Prayer
99 Hit-points
99 Magic
99 Hunter

I'm wondering which 99's I should spend my GP on to raise the value of the account. I'll have about 175M to work with.

 

Herblore for sure or smithing since that's a pain in the ass to get.

 

Yeah I was thinking Herblore, but I don't think I could get that with 125M. I was definitely considering Smithing. I'm not sure if more 99's are better, or less more expensive ones.

Do people still pay a lot for accounts with 99 Herblore if there aren't a ton of Overloads?

 

what is your current herblore level? because from 36-99 on prayer potions it's only 117m loss....and im sure your alot higher than that actually haha are you wanting to bot the skills your getting up or doing it legit?

 

Yeh you'd obviously do overloads from 96-99.

 

Botting of course. I'd play legit when I need too. Oh and 54 Herblore.

 

Prayer. 1-95 is around 180m tops.

Ahh I was just about to put that. This is another good one to get.

 

Smithing.

 

Honestly these days people are much more interested in mains for pking use rather than for PvM and bossing due to slay drops like whips being dirt cheap, all hilts (except maybe arma) are too cheap, bandos is 17m a piece, dfs is ridiculously cheap, claws, the list goes on.

Basically in order to maximise the value of your account your definitely gonna want to have 95 pray with curses as a main. This involves not only the cash needed for the skill, but also a tonne of questing. Other quests people will want done are the void stares back for korasi and elite void, hand cannon, tasks for ardy cape. Basically people are interested in untradables, mainly for pking.

Oh and how could i forget.. DUNGEONEERING. People are willing to pay ALOT more for your account if you have a bunch or chaotics, ring of vigour, etc.

For your convenience im gonna throw up a list of things people will look for when buying a main:

- CHAOTICS
- Other dung rewards (arc stream, vigour, shields, prayers maybe?)
- Imbued frem rings from MA (Onyx, Zerk, Seers, Archer)
- Quest items (Korasi, elite void, SW Cape, cannon)
- Barb Assault items (Torso, Fighter hat)
- Curses (95+ minimum on a main)
- Lots of fire capes and drag defenders in bank!! (Very important when it comes to mage bank pking)

People can add to the list I'm sure.
So in answer to your question, I would sell the RSGP for irl $ and spend the time you WERE going to spend on skilling on getting untradeables instead. This will be sure to bump up your price.

As you're botting anyways, and probably not in a rush, why not get both Herblore and Smithing?

-Clean herbs
-Superheat bars

Costs nothing when done right, and if you got all the time you need it's perfect.

You can spend like 40M on Overloads and take the rest for yourself then.

Almost one whole page of posts and noone said Construction? I personally like the cape, and nothing says prestige more than a house party in a house worth 100m+.

 

summoning-99 would make it worth HEAPS!

 

If you sell the gp you have you will be able to get more money. For example 99 Prayer accounts only sell for about 30m, it takes about 200m to get one so there is a big profit loss there.
