verifing a paypal account

So I bought a prepaid credit card and for some reason paypal wont let me pay what I want as a guess, so I need to get my account verified, is there anyway to verify my account without a bank account? Btw, if someone knows how to, Ill pay 5$ for it.

 

I was going to do the same thing, buy a $50 prepaid visa for my paypal, so I'm kind of in the same boat with ya :/

 

I don't think it's possible to verify without a bank account. Sorry. Check on the website. Maybe contact a online helper.
