Ban Evader

Well, KoltonHubert was then SooReal, and now is Freshy.

This is the original scam report where he was banned

Then on SooReal he made a high pardon for that scam, which ended up getting that account banned. Although he changed his IP from KoltonHubert to SooReal so you could not know it was him.

So how do I know that he is Freshy? Because he told me so on X-Box as we were friends, but rules are rules.

I tried finding SooReal's high pardon that he made but couldn't find it but I'm sure you'll be able to. And remember, Freshy may have changed his IP but I assure you it is him.

EDIT: You can also check the time stamps from when he was banned to when he made that account. He was banned 8/15/11 at 10:41pm and joined the site on Freshy on 8/16/11 dunno what time. I got a pm from him that day at 3:15pm on Freshy so anytime before that he made it.

 

Unless you can get a bit more proof we can't ban him. Word of mouth isn't enough proof.
