    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
    We are being banned for false accusations. Enele was an independent GP seller. I am the founder of Avernic Store, and I have had a good relationship with Enele for years. I asked him to join me, and he accepted.
    He is well known in the cash sales market and has always had a 100% reputation.
    Boltz joined our server as a customer and later applied to make improvements to our Discord, so we promoted him to admin.
