About how long does it take for your payment to be processed from time of sending the required information?

 

It's almost instant.

However they have certain working shifts. I think they'll be online in 8 hours from now.

Contacting them on livechat then will speed things up usually.

 

Usually it takes 5-30mins. when u sent payment they will call u to verify your identity. Verification will be completed after the call. Either, if they don't call u, you can send email to [email protected] to ask for verification regarding your order.They will reply you in 5-30mins. then they will call u to verify your identity. It's all cuz of time differnce. gl with that.

 

Has nothing to do with a phone call verification.

He said he send them the required information, which means he was e-mailed asking for proof of identity, and has e-mailed the documents back.

Also they don't always respond within 5-30 mins.. it can be several hours if they're not on shift.
