Where to post ?

Hi I am new so I this might be a dumb question but where do I post offers to buy a account all I see are sub forums to sell account is there any place that I can state what I want to buy?

You can post in any of those forums of what you want to buy. All those fourms in the Runescape market are for buying and selling. There are two sections one is for pure accounts (zerkers/1 defence accounts etc,) and others are regular accounts like mains. Just make a topic and describe what account you are looking for and wait for people to offer you their accounts.

You can also look through the forums and find an account that you like and post an offer on it.
