Ever been banned for Botting? Post here!

If you have ever been banned( or/and XP-RolledBacked) for botting please post here.

I would like to know about your stories and only about P2P accounts.

I am interested in knowing if you have botted at one point on one account, then stopped and got banned for macroing months later on.

Of course I would appreciate if you could post what were you botting, (which program/script).


Hopefully this thread will give an insight on how Jagex handles bot users and let us know which activities have the highest ban rates.

I haven't been banned ever, but I have only been boting for a small amount of time, looking forward to reading your stories :love:

 

When the Macro Detection System was first released, I was obtaining 50M+ Firemaking experience on my Barrows pure -- and was unfortunately permanently banned. This was back on July 23rd, 2009. I think I was at 49M experience before banned.

 

And you didn't use a VPN and say your account was hacked?

 

Never have. I remember even using a woodcutting bot in 2004 and still nothing happened. Lol Just remember how simple they were. I have only been banned for bug abuse/glitching.

 

i got banned my first time EVER botting.. in my first 6 hours playing rs after 2 years..

downloaded a wc script off rsbuddy and set it up and 6 hrs later my acc was disabled with a macro minor..

lol turnt me off botting now only thing i bot is dunging.. it levels all skills.. slowly haha..

 

Ive only been banned once for botting gatestones, it ends tomorrow.

 

Have not been banned on either of my accounts, I hope they stay like that

 

I got banned once because i used Ghost mouse to buy feathers overnight at port sarim when there was unlimited amount at 6each.

 

Never but I was banned once a long time ago for saying "dam".

i bought member ship and ghost mouse stunned the guy udner varrack castle stairs.

was perm banned, the account is still banned with the name L33t f0 5h0. :'(

he had like 80m on him.

 

I've been rolled and left those accounts lying around because of that. They later got perm banned, not sure why. Probably noticed the major botting or thought they might as well ban it since I'm not going to put any membership on it.

 

My mate used to run quite a few bots at his house and one day I accidently logged into my account through his bot and not the actual website, I instantly logged out and got banned a few days later.. Words cannot describe how pissed I was lol. This was in 2006 and I'm still appealing to this day had about 5 santa hats and fairly decent stats.

 

How long ago? Appeal that shit son.

 

My Str pure was at 78 str all botted and got banned

 

Wow Really interesting! But a lot of old bans , any problems Now days? as in 201-2011?

 

2 weeks ago got a temp on my gatestoner

 

8 out of my 12 sorc garden accounts were banned in less than a month.

 

all bots can get banned.. you just gotta do what u can to be smart and not run them stupidly and draw attention to yourself. and also hope your lucky and no newbs who want to mass report anyone who dont reply after ' hey hey hey ' 2 secslater '' omg bot reported im a jagex biotch '

 

Main is perma-banned. Trying to get Jagex to accept my BAR request. Not a single message though . But yeah, I'll probably get rolled back.

 

Got banned on my pure for running soulwars and killing monsters.
Got banned on another account for using a free wcing bot (ivy), made it to 90 wc.
Got banned on my first account ever for wcing with a free bot, got to 99 wc, then I got banned like a week later (might have done something else, don't remember)
I got banned on a couple other accounts for flax bots.
